Cox also sees fresh air as a luxury, but he points to a project in Melbourne, UEM Sunrise's crystalline apartment tower, Conservatory, where residents will have the additional luxury of being able to open or close off balconies according to the weather or their personal preference. 
Definitely not suitable for those who feel claustrophobic in tight spaces, these cubic architecture designs are showcasing that simple, minimalist exteriors can be sufficiently achieved with a small and compact framework.
