Cox also sees fresh air as a luxury, but he points to a project in Melbourne, UEM Sunrise's crystalline apartment tower, Conservatory, where residents will have the additional luxury of being able to open or close off balconies according to the weather or their personal preference. 

Definitely not suitable for those who feel claustrophobic in tight spaces, these cubic architecture designs are showcasing that simple, minimalist exteriors can be sufficiently achieved with a small and compact framework.

The light, airy space is designed to be a garden, which helps to draw community in and meets the need of most students and staffs to have a rest.

The architecture is consist of curved forms and rectangular solid, which represents the lightness and solidity in the concept.

The bench is designed in curved forms to be in the same language with the forms of the architecture.
